Our passion, imagination and determination are boundless – unlike our resources! We are a small team and don’t employ a fundraising specialist; however, we regularly apply for, and sometimes receive, grants, but we are not a regularly funded organisation. This means that we rely on ticket sales and the support of our friends to ensure our survival. The support of our friends helps us to develop new productions, new singers and new places to perform. In turn this enables us to deliver high quality, innovative, locally produced, opera time after time, in addition to offering the highest quality opera entertainment. We would love to expand what we do but are really constrained by our limited resources. we have now decided to embark on a policy of recruiting volunteers to help us with our mission. If you are passionate about theatre or opera, have some expertise within the areas we are looking for and have an hour or two of your week you can donate, we’d be delighted to hear from you. Please contact Mike at the Opera Anywhere office for an informal chat.
