Raffy attends Europa, a multilingual state school in Oxfordshire, and has been a chorister at Radley College for four years, being awarded Most Improved Chorister in 2025.
He has appeared in operas since the age of four, performing with Opera Anywhere as Angelica’s Son in Suor Angelica and as Harry Truelove in Hansel and Gretel; as Sorrow in several of Heritage Opera’s performances of Madame Butterfly; and in the children’s choruses in both Carmen and La bohème for Oxford Opera at the Oxford Playhouse. With the Oxford-based DIY musical theatre company, he has appeared as Audrey’s Dream Son in Little Shop of Horrors, as a workhouse orphan in Oliver!, and in the ensemble for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. As well as singing, he enjoys playing guitar, computer gaming and making videos.
