Welcome to Sunningwell Festival 2026
We are delighted to invite you to join us once again for another unforgettable summer of music, theatre and community here at the Quarry in Sunningwell.
Over the years, our garden has gradually evolved into a very special outdoor amphitheatre, and we love opening it up to audiences who come ready to relax, laugh, enjoy dinner together around shared tables in our specially designated dining area, and experience live performances beneath the Oxfordshire sky. Whether this is your first visit or you’ve been coming for years, we hope you’ll feel completely at home here.
This year, we’re especially pleased to be partnering with Church Farm, who will be providing delicious dinner options alongside a fully licensed bar throughout the festival. We warmly encourage audiences to support them and make an evening of it. Whatever the weather, everyone can gather together beneath our enormous giant tipi — keeping cool in the sunshine or dry if the British summer has other ideas!
There’s no need to bring chairs — audience seating is fully provided.
Free parking is available both in the farmer’s field adjoining the quarry and at the Village Hall car park, just a pleasant 10-minute walk away.
We are also proud to be supporting SeeSaw Grief Support throughout this year’s festival. The SeeSaw team will be helping us across the events, and festival profits will be donated to support the vital work they do for children and families facing bereavement across Oxfordshire.
Thank you for supporting live performance and helping us continue to create something truly unique here in Sunningwell. We can’t wait to welcome you.
