John Logan, has a comprehensive business background and is delighted to bring his experience to the role of Chairman of the Board of Trustee Directors of Opera Anywhere Ltd.

John retired from Vodafone Group Plc in 2004 where he had a varied and highly successful career, over 20 years in a number of different roles – including CEO of two of the international properties that formed part of Vodafone Group.

John’s early time was spent as the Director of Project Management and Quality Assurance for Vodafone Group and two years as Operations Director for Vodafone Ltd in the UK. He was involved in the license bidding activities for most of the expansion of Vodafone around the world and has contributed directly and indirectly to the buildup of several of the Vodafone Group International Operating companies during his time in Project Management. John has also worked as the start-up CEO for Vodafone Egypt and later for Vodafone Hungary following which he was the Regional Governance Managing Director, with responsibility for the Operational performance of Poland, Egypt, Romania, Hungary and Uganda. John was also the founding director of the Vodafone Group Foundation.

Retirement from Vodafone has allowed John to focus on Non Executive Directorships as well as a private practice engaging as a Non- Executive Director for several small businesses and advising on corporate social innovation.
